The Drip Free Plan includes basic benefits that will give you peace of mind on your homes plumbing needs and better prepare you to handle unexpected plumbing concerns

Included Benefits:

1. Priority Scheduling:
Members receive front-of-the-line scheduling for emergency plumbing services. Park Plumbing will make every effort to expedite response times, especially for urgent issues, but response may vary based on availability and severity of the issue.

2. Annual Plumbing Inspection:
One full-home plumbing inspection per 12-month membership term. This includes a visual and functional check-up of accessible pipes, drains, fixtures, water heaters, and shutoff valves. Results and recommendations will be documented and shared with the homeowner.

3. Member Discounts:
Members receive 10% off all standard service and repair pricing during their active membership period. Discount excludes membership fees and cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons.

4. No Emergency Fees:
Emergency service fees (including after-hours, weekend, or holiday dispatch fees) are waived for active members. Standard service rates still apply.
Warranty and Exclusions:
– All parts and labor provided by Park Plumbing LLC are warrantied for 1 year from the date of service.
– Warranty excludes customer-supplied parts, existing plumbing systems or components, and any damage caused by third-party work, improper use, or neglect.
– The membership does not cover the cost of repairs or parts — only the benefits listed above (inspection, scheduling priority, discounts, and waived emergency fees).

Membership Terms:

● Membership applies to a single residential property and is non-transferable.
● All included services must be used during the active 12-month membership term. Unused benefits do not roll over or result in a credit or refund.
● Park Plumbing reserves the right to reschedule included services due to weather, availability, or emergency work.
● Exclusions: Plan does not cover the cost of repairs, parts, or services beyond what is specifically included above. Does not include drain repairs, excavation, or services requiring permits.
● Does not apply to commercial properties or rental units unless otherwise agreed in writing.
● Cancellation & Renewal: The membership may be canceled by the homeowner at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for unused months or unclaimed services.
● Park Plumbing LLC may cancel membership for non-payment or suspected abuse of plan benefits.
● Renewal is not automatic; members will be notified when their plan is up for renewal.
● Limitation of Liability: Park Plumbing LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from existing plumbing system failures or delays caused by issues outside our control. Warranties cover only work performed and parts provided by Park Plumbing LLC

New Homeowners Care Plan - $149

(Mid Tier)

The New Homeowner’s Care Plan is designed to help new homeowners gain confidence and peace of mind in their plumbing systems.

Included Benefits:

1. Full Home Plumbing Inspection:
A comprehensive, whole-home plumbing inspection. Includes drain performance, fixture operation, water heater function, supply lines and visible piping. This inspection helps identify existing issues and prevent costly surprises.

2. Water Pressure Check & Adjustment:
Proper pressure helps protect pipes, appliances, and fixtures from premature wear or failure. Includes checking home water pressure and making basic adjustments if possible.

*If pressure-regulating valve (PRV) adjustment or replacement is needed, that work will be quoted separately.

3. 10% Discount on Plumbing Repairs
Members receive a 10% discount on all eligible repairs performed by Park Plumbing LLC during the 12-month plan period.

*Discount excludes previously quoted or discounted work.

**Not valid on new construction, remodel projects, or customer-supplied materials.

4. Homeowner Plumbing Education Session

During the initial inspection visit, a Park Plumbing technician will walk you through the basics of your home’s plumbing system and offer guidance on:

The Home Protection Plan is a premium plan that provides an active approach to address your home plumbing needs. It includes all benefits of the Leak Prevention Plan), [Annual inspection, scheduling priority, 10% discount, and waived emergency fees] and upgraded perks.

Included Benefits:

1. Water Heater Flush & Inspection
Once per membership year, a full flush and inspection of the home’s primary residential water heater is included. This helps maintain efficiency, extend the lifespan of the unit, and reduce buildup. Applies only to accessible, standard tank-style or tankless
residential water heaters.

2. Annual Sewer Camera Inspection:
One video camera inspection of the main sewer line is included per year to identify Potential issues such as root intrusion, cracks, or blockages before they become costly repairs.

*Must be scheduled during regular business hours.
**Does not include excavation or jetting services if problems are found.
***Accessible cleanout must be present and functional.

3. Fixture & Faucet Replacement Credit
Members receive an annual credit of up to $50 toward the labor cost of fixture or faucet replacement performed by Park Plumbing LLC.

*Applies to customer-supplied or Park Plumbing-supplied products.
**Credit is valid for a single use per membership year and cannot be split between
multiple installations.
***Unused credit does not roll over to the following year and holds no cash value.

4. Extended Warranty
All labor and parts provided by Park Plumbing LLC under this plan receive a total of 24 months (2 years) of warranty coverage from the date of completed service (12 months standard + 12 months extended).
